目的观察单纯丙泊酚应用于肩关节和髋关节困难复位的临床效果。方法选择30例急诊关节脱位患者，其中肩关节脱位患者21例，髋关节脱位患者9例，年龄20-75岁，男性患者25例，女性患者5例，体重45-78K g,患者均饱胃求诊，非麻醉状态下复位失败后送入手术室，静脉注射单纯丙泊酚0.5-1mg/Kg，观察复位效果,监测患者HR（心率）、SPO2（血氧饱和度）、RR（呼吸频率）、BP（血压）变化及呕吐情况。结果30例复位成功，患者生命体征平稳，均未发生呕吐。结论丙泊酚应用于肩髋关节困难复位安全，有效。

목적관찰단순병박분응용우견관절화관관절곤난복위적림상효과。방법선택30례급진관절탈위환자，기중견관절탈위환자21례，관관절탈위환자9례，년령20-75세，남성환자25례，녀성환자5례，체중45-78K g,환자균포위구진，비마취상태하복위실패후송입수술실，정맥주사단순병박분0.5-1mg/Kg，관찰복위효과,감측환자HR（심솔）、SPO2（혈양포화도）、RR（호흡빈솔）、BP（혈압）변화급구토정황。결과30례복위성공，환자생명체정평은，균미발생구토。결론병박분응용우견관관절곤난복위안전，유효。
Objective Clinical observation on combination of propofol used in shoulder joint and hip joint are difficult to reset the clinical effect.Method 30 cases of emergency patients with DDH, which shoulder dislocation in 21 cases, dislocation of the hip in 9 patients, aged 20-75 years, 25 cases of male patients, female patients 5 cases, weight 45-78Kg, patients with full stomach attenders, non anesthetic state reduction after failed to operation room, intravenous propofol on pure 0.5-1mg/Kg, reset effect, monitoring of patients with HR ( heart rate ), SPO2 ( oxygen saturation ), RR (respiratory rate ), BP ( BP ) changes and vomiting.
