目的了解围手术期抗生素的使用情况，为手术合理预防应用干预模式提供依据。方法 采取随机抽样，对2011年度手术科室择期手术病人178例进行回顾性调查。结果 Ⅰ类手术预防用药率为93.8%，术后联合用药率为49.7%，术后用药＜72h者仅为18.3%，麻醉诱导期给药为0。结论 手术科室围手术期抗菌药物应用未执行临床指导原则，应采取行政干预与宣传教育，对促进合理用药，降低单病种治疗费用，预防医院感染起到积极的促进作用。

목적료해위수술기항생소적사용정황，위수술합리예방응용간예모식제공의거。방법 채취수궤추양，대2011년도수술과실택기수술병인178례진행회고성조사。결과 Ⅰ류수술예방용약솔위93.8%，술후연합용약솔위49.7%，술후용약＜72h자부위18.3%，마취유도기급약위0。결론 수술과실위수술기항균약물응용미집행림상지도원칙，응채취행정간예여선전교육，대촉진합리용약，강저단병충치료비용，예방의원감염기도적겁적촉진작용。
Objective: the siege surgical antibiotic use, and provide a basis for the surgical the reasonable precautions applications intervention mode. Method: take a random sample of 178 cases of patients undergoing elective surgery were investigated retrospectively on the 2011 annual surgical departments. Conclusion: The surgical departments perioperative antimicrobial agents not perform clinical guidelines, should adopt administrative intervention and public education to promote the rational use of drugs to reduce a single disease treatment costs, prevention of hospital infections play a positive role in promoting.
