目的探讨CgA、NSE及CD56在前列腺癌中的表达及意义，为临床前列腺癌诊断、预后判断及个体化治疗提供理论依据。方法选择有完整临床资料的74例PCa手术切除标本，应用免疫组织化学方法检测CgA、NSE以及CD56的表达情况，数据分析采用SPSS （Version13.0）统计软件包进行，探讨CgA、NSE以及CD56前列腺癌中的表达和意义。结果 CgA、NSE、CD56在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为21.62%、25.68%、41.89%，三者阳性表达与病理分级均成正相关（P＜0.05）。结论 NED对前列腺癌的预后判断有实际价值，免疫组化方法联合检测CgA、CD56是判断前列腺癌是否伴有NED较可靠的指标，二者均阳性可能提示前列腺癌患者的预后较差。

Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of chromogranin A (CgA),Neuron specific enolase (NSE)and CD56 in prostatic carcinoma(PCa),and provide useful information in dignosis and prognosis of PCa. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of CgA, NSE and CD56 of 74 patients with PCa. All data were processed by SPSS version 13.0 analysis software ,analyzed the expression and significance of CgA, NSE and CD56 in PCa. Results: The CgA,NSE,CD56 positive rate were 21.62%、25.68%、41.89%,the expression of these three markers in prostatic carcinoma was all correlated with the pathological grade(P<0.05)). Conclusion: Presence of NED is an important factor to affect the survival of patients with. The results indicate that combination detection of CgA and CD56 of NED markers might be the specific markers in prognosis of PCa, it is suggested that the positive expression of the CgA and CD56 might poor prognosis.
