目的通过对创伤骨科发生肺栓塞病例的分析,探讨骨创伤科肺栓塞的早期诊断和治疗。方法2010年1月至2012年12月收治的14例创伤骨科围手术期,并发肺栓塞的患者,分析肺栓塞高危因素、致病原因、诊治流程及治疗结果,评价临床实用的早期诊断及治疗策略。结果本组14例中,1例术前发生肺栓塞者死亡。术后13例发生肺栓塞患者中,诊断及时,给予溶栓及抗凝治疗后,12例痊愈出院,1例死亡。结论创伤骨科围手术期肺栓塞的特点是发病急、症状重,救治不及时容易导致死亡,必须提高认识、早期诊断、早期治疗,才能改善预后、减少病死率。

objective:through analysis of pulmonary embolism occurred in cases of trauma department of orthopedics, to investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of bone traumatology department of pulmonary embolism. Methods:from 2010 January to 2012 December were treated 14 cases of trauma department of orthopedics operation period, patients complicated with pulmonary embolism, analysis of pulmonary embolism risk factors, causes, treatment process and results of the treatment, evaluation of the clinical utility of early diagnosis and treatment strategy. Results:among the 14 cases, 1 cases of preoperative pulmonary embolism and death. After 13 cases of patients with pulmonary embolism, diagnosis and timely, given thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy, 12 cases were cured, 1 cases died. Conclusion:trauma department of orthopedics operation pulmonary embolism is acute onset, severe symptoms, treatment is not timely easily lead to death, must enhance the understanding, early diagnosis, early treatment, to improve prognosis, decrease the mortality rate.
