采用外痔皮瓣覆盖肛裂创面或皮瓣带蒂移植，结合肛门内括约肌部分切断，外括约肌皮下部切断术治疗Ⅲ期肛裂178例，全部治愈。该术式具有疗效好，疼痛轻，愈合时间短，且能显著改善括约肌痉挛，减少肛门功能损伤，减轻后遗症和其它并发症。
채용외치피판복개항렬창면혹피판대체이식，결합항문내괄약기부분절단，외괄약기피하부절단술치료Ⅲ기항렬178례，전부치유。해술식구유료효호，동통경，유합시간단，차능현저개선괄약기경련，감소항문공능손상，감경후유증화기타병발증。
Application of external hemorrhoid skin piece or pedunculated skin flap graft combined with internal sphincter sidecut to cure anal fissure, all of 178 patients were healed. This treatment method has several advantages such as high curative effect, less pain, shorter healing time, no affection to anus function because of marked melioration of internal sphincter hyperkinesiam, no sequela and other complications.
