目的探讨视网膜脱离手术后疼痛的原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院2010年7月至2012年7月收治的100例视网膜脱离手术患者的临床资料，找出造成患者术后疼痛的原因并采取有效的护理对策加以解决。结果视网膜脱离手术后患者出现疼痛症状的最为常见的原因是手术创伤，其次为眼压升高、反应性葡萄膜炎等；只有运用有针对性的护理对策对患者进行护理，才能有效减轻患者疼痛，促进患者早日痊愈。结论临床应该认真观察并分析视网膜脱离手术患者的疼痛情况及原因，并采取有针对性的护理，为减轻患者术后疼痛、提升医院综合效益。

Objective: To explore the cause and nursing countermeasure of pain after the operation of retinal detachment. Methods: retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 cases of patients with retinal detachment operation in our hospital from 2010 July to 2012 July were, find out the cause of the pain of the patients and to take effective nursing measures to solve. Results: retinal detachment after operation in patients with symptoms of pain is the most common reason is the operation trauma, followed by elevated intraocular pressure, reaction of uveitis; only the use of targeted nursing care on the patients care, can effectively reduce the pain of patients, to promote the speedy recovery of patients. Conclusion:the clinical should carefully observation and analysis of the situation and reasons of operation pain patients with retinal detachment, and to take targeted nursing, pain, and enhance the comprehensive benefit of hospital services, reduce the postoperative patients with.
