目的考察依达拉奉注射液在0.9%NCl，5%GS，10%GS，5%GNS中的配伍稳定性，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法考察配伍液在25℃条件下0h-8h内色谱峰面积变化,同时观察其外观、测定pH值变化。结果25℃时,依达拉奉注射液与0.9%NS在6h内、与含糖溶液在4h内是稳定的。上述混合液在规定的时间内pH值、外观无明显变化。结论使用依达拉奉时应现配现用，避免含量下降。
목적고찰의체랍봉주사액재0.9%NCl，5%GS，10%GS，5%GNS중적배오은정성，위림상합리용약제공의거。방법채용반상고효액상색보법고찰배오액재25℃조건하0h-8h내색보봉면적변화,동시관찰기외관、측정pH치변화。결과25℃시,의체랍봉주사액여0.9%NS재6h내、여함당용액재4h내시은정적。상술혼합액재규정적시간내pH치、외관무명현변화。결론사용의체랍봉시응현배현용，피면함량하강。
Objective:To study the stability of edaravone in 0.9%sodium,5%glucose solution,10% glucose solution and 5%glucose and sodium chloride.Methods: Edaravone were dissolved in 4 kinds of solutions.Concentration in 8h during staying at 25℃ were determined by HPLC method.Results of appearance,pH was observed.Result:No significant changes were found in 6h when edaravone were dissolved in 0.9%NS.No significant changes were found in 4h when edaravone were dissolved in the solutions which has glucoses.Conclusion:Edaravone can be used in that 4 kinds of infusion at room temperrature within some time.
