目的观察随访用七厘散内服配合石膏外固定治疗MasonI型桡骨小头骨折的临床近期疗效。方法2011年4月至20l3年1月，采用七厘散内服配合长臂石膏外固定治疗35例MasonI型桡骨小头骨折，男15例，女20例；年龄36～64岁，平均45.5岁；左侧12例，右侧23例。受伤到入院时间1-20h。患者入院时肘部肿胀疼痛，肘关节活动受限，肘关节未闻及骨擦音，x线片示桡骨小头骨折。对患者拆除石膏后肘关节功能恢复观察采用Mayo肘部评分系统。结果所有患者均获得2-6个月随访，平均4个月。肘关节功能评分平均95分，优25例，良9例，差1例，优良率为97.2％。用七厘散内服配合石膏外固定治疗Mason I型桡骨小头骨折消肿止痛效果良好、固定可靠、方法简单，骨折愈合及功能锻炼满意。是种治疗桡骨小头骨折的理想方法。
목적관찰수방용칠전산내복배합석고외고정치료MasonI형뇨골소두골절적림상근기료효。방법2011년4월지20l3년1월，채용칠전산내복배합장비석고외고정치료35례MasonI형뇨골소두골절，남15례，녀20례；년령36～64세，평균45.5세；좌측12례，우측23례。수상도입원시간1-20h。환자입원시주부종창동통，주관절활동수한，주관절미문급골찰음，x선편시뇨골소두골절。대환자탁제석고후주관절공능회복관찰채용Mayo주부평분계통。결과소유환자균획득2-6개월수방，평균4개월。주관절공능평분평균95분，우25례，량9례，차1례，우량솔위97.2％。용칠전산내복배합석고외고정치료Mason I형뇨골소두골절소종지통효과량호、고정가고、방법간단，골절유합급공능단련만의。시충치료뇨골소두골절적이상방법。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Mason type I radial head fracture treated operation of apen reduction Qi li san take orally and gupse external fixation.Methods:From May 2011 to Janaral 2013,35 patients with MasonI radial head fractures were treated by Qi li san take orally and gupse external fixation including 15 males and 20 females with the average age of 45.5 years(range 36 to 64).12 cases were left and 23 cases were right.The interval from injury to hospitalization ranged from 1 to 20 hours.The clinicalsymptoms were swelling,pain,restricted movement in elbow.Bonycrepitus were not heard on the elbow joint and X-ray film showed radial head fractures.Mayo elbow scoring system was used to evaluate recovery of elbow function.Results:All the patients were followed the mean follow up period was 10 months(range2~6 months).The average elbow score was 35 for operation group,25 eases were graded excellent, 9 good,and 1 fair.The overall excellent and good rate was 97.2%.Treatment of Mason I radial head fractures by Qi li san take orally and gupse external fixation has advantages of satisfactory reduction,reliable frication,easy operating and early movement of joint.
