目的探讨神经鞘瘤的MRI信号特点及特殊征象。方法收集19例经MRI检查手术病理证实神经鞘瘤进行回顾性分析，行MRI常规平扫、增强扫描。结果 T1WI呈低或等信号，T2WI呈高或混杂信号信号，增强扫描呈均匀或不均匀强化，分离-脂肪征、靶征、鼠尾征、瓶塞征和哑铃征。结论发生部位、形态、生长方式、信号特点、强化方式及特殊征象对肿瘤的诊断价值。

objective to explore the MRI signal features and special signs of nerve sheath tumor. Methods to collect surgical pathology confirmed 19 cases examined by MRI Schwannoma: a retrospective analysis, enhanced line conventional unenhanced MRI, scan. Results T1WI low or signal T2WI high or mixed signal signal, enhanced uniform or non-uniform hardening, separation-fat percentage and targeted recruitment, rat tail sign and Cork recruitment and dumbbell syndrome. Concluding part, morphology, growth pattern, mode of signal characteristics, enhanced special sign in the diagnosis of tumors.
