目的探讨慢性病人的心理特征，并进行相应的门诊治疗与护理，使慢性病人获的满意的诊治及护理。方法对我中心2012年1824例门诊慢性病人根据性格的不同进行有针对性的诊治及护理。结果1824例慢性病人经过门诊的耐心护理，增加了安全感和亲切感，对护士产生了信任感，能积极主动的配合治疗及护理。结论在给慢性病人门诊护理时，尤其是老年病人护理时要以病人的心理状态去理解病人，对病人有同情心，尊重慢性病人的人格和隐私，顾及到病人的内心感受，在饮食、生活用药等方面给予科学指导，从而让慢性病人以最佳的心理状态接受治疗及护理，使患者早日从病痛中解脱出来。

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of people with chronic diseases, and the out-patient treatment and care for the chronically ill satisfied with the diagnosis, treatment and care. Methods: I center 2012 1824 outpatients with chronic disease based on different character targeted diagnosis, treatment and care. Results: 1824 patients with chronic diseases, outpatient patient care, increase a sense of security and intimacy, the nurse had a sense of trust, actively cooperate with the treatment and care. Conclusion: In outpatient care to the chronically ill, especially the care of elderly patients to the psychological state of the patient to understand the patient, sympathetic to the patient, respect for the personality and privacy of people with chronic conditions, taking into account the patient’s feelings, in the diet, life medication to give scientific guidance, so that people with chronic diseases to the best state of mind to accept treatment and care, the patient soon to be freed from pain.
