目的护理工作是一个与病人打交道的工作,要把护士的工作变技术型为服务型,护士会不会与病人沟通、交流至关重要,而护理聆听恰恰是解决这一问题的重要途径。方法四年来我们在人力资源充足的情况下,对心内科所住院病人2842份病例在病情、饮食、用药、生活习惯、住院须知、健康状况、保健知识、经济状况、心理状况、对我科工作建议等方面进行了聆听。效果在聆听过程中,能充分调动护士尊重病人、以病人为中心的理念,培养护士对病人的情感,激发护士尤其是成为专科护士的热情,在与病人打交道的过程当中,不断提升自身修养和气质,培养礼貌品行,提升服务内涵,从而提高整体护士的素质。
