目的探讨左旋氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗轻中度高血压的临床疗效。方法将2011年5月～2012年5月在我院诊治的126例轻中度高血压患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组各42例患者，A组患者应用左旋氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗，B组患者应用左旋氨氯地平治疗，C组患者应用美托洛尔治疗，4周后将三组患者的临床疗效进行对比性分析。结果左旋氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗轻中度高血压优于单组应用左旋氨氯地平或美托洛尔，三组的有效率分别为95.2%、85.7%、83.3%；不良反应发生率分别为7.1%、23.8%、30.9%；A组治疗前后心率无明显改变，B组治疗后心率明显增高，C组治疗后心率明显降低。结论应用左旋氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗轻中度高血压具有协同降压的作用，临床效果显著且不良反应少，值得临床广泛应用。
목적탐토좌선안록지평연합미탁락이치료경중도고혈압적림상료효。방법장2011년5월～2012년5월재아원진치적126례경중도고혈압환자수궤분위A、B、C삼조，매조각42례환자，A조환자응용좌선안록지평연합미탁락이치료，B조환자응용좌선안록지평치료，C조환자응용미탁락이치료，4주후장삼조환자적림상료효진행대비성분석。결과좌선안록지평연합미탁락이치료경중도고혈압우우단조응용좌선안록지평혹미탁락이，삼조적유효솔분별위95.2%、85.7%、83.3%；불량반응발생솔분별위7.1%、23.8%、30.9%；A조치료전후심솔무명현개변，B조치료후심솔명현증고，C조치료후심솔명현강저。결론응용좌선안록지평연합미탁락이치료경중도고혈압구유협동강압적작용，림상효과현저차불량반응소，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective Discuss left-hand amlodipine joint metoprolol therapy mild-to-moderate hypertension clinical curative effect.
