目的探讨轮状病毒(RV)肠炎合并心肌损害的发生率及临床特征。方法对确诊为轮状病毒肠炎的患儿进行心肌酶谱检查，并对临床资料进行分析。结果轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害的发生率为57.3%。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论轮状病毒肠炎不单纯是肠道感染，可致心肌损害，心肌酶谱测定可为临床诊断治疗提供帮助。
목적탐토륜상병독(RV)장염합병심기손해적발생솔급림상특정。방법대학진위륜상병독장염적환인진행심기매보검사，병대림상자료진행분석。결과륜상병독장염합병심기손해적발생솔위57.3%。여대조조비교차이유통계학의의。결론륜상병독장염불단순시장도감염，가치심기손해，심기매보측정가위림상진단치료제공방조。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of rotavirus (RV) of enteritis with myocardial damage and clinical characteristics. Methods: The children diagnosed with rotavirus enteritis underwent myocardial enzymes inspection, and clinical data analysis. Results: The incidence of rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage was 57.3%. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Rotavirus enteritis is not simply intestinal infection, It also could cause myocardial damage, and myocardial enzymes determination could provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
