目的探讨小型钛板坚强内固定结合颌间牵引治疗下颌骨多发性骨折的临床效果。方法收集我科2000-2010年住院治疗的下颌骨多发性骨折患者81例，采用小型钛板坚强内固定结合颌间牵引治疗，术后1、3、6月复查X线或CT观察骨折愈合及对位情况并检查咬合关系恢复情况。结果伤口一期愈合、骨折断段对位良好的78例，伤口局部感染2例，经一周换药等处理痊愈；有2例个别牙咬合轻度早接触，给予调磨牙咬合及延长颌间牵引一周处理后，咬合关系恢复正常。结论小型钛板坚强内固定结合颌间牵引是治疗下颌骨多发性骨折的可靠方法。
목적탐토소형태판견강내고정결합합간견인치료하합골다발성골절적림상효과。방법수집아과2000-2010년주원치료적하합골다발성골절환자81례，채용소형태판견강내고정결합합간견인치료，술후1、3、6월복사X선혹CT관찰골절유합급대위정황병검사교합관계회복정황。결과상구일기유합、골절단단대위량호적78례，상구국부감염2례，경일주환약등처리전유；유2례개별아교합경도조접촉，급여조마아교합급연장합간견인일주처리후，교합관계회복정상。결론소형태판견강내고정결합합간견인시치료하합골다발성골절적가고방법。
Objective To study the clinical effects of titanium mini-plate associated with intermaxillary traction in fixation of mandible multiple fracture.methods Records of patients with multiple multiple fracture between 2000 and 2010 were reviewed and analyzed,titanium mini-plate associated with intermaxillary traction in fixation will be applied for the surgical treatments.In the first,third and sixth month after the surgical PA&LAT X-ray film and CT will be taken respectively concerning the mandible to check the reduction and healing of fracture and occlusion relationship.Result It brings sound result of reduction and healing after surgery under healing by first intention for the 78 cases of multiple fracture.Local wound infection in 2 cases after 1 week treatment cured dressing. Another 2 cases were found .slight premature contacts occurred..After occlusal adjustment and adding 1 week of the intermaxillary traction,the occlusion relationships were recoverd normally.Conclusion The use of titanium mini-plate associated with intermaxillary traction is effective for mandible multiple fracture,which also have great advantage of getting satisfied occlusion
