目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术后临床护理的方法。方法对210例胃癌患者进行常规术后护理，并注意与腹腔镜技术相关的并发症观察，有针对性地进行护理。结果患者术后生命体征平稳，术后并发症发生率为8.90％，所有患者均康复出院，无死亡病例。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术后的精心、周密护理，是患者顺利康复的重要保证。
목적탐토복강경위암근치술후림상호리적방법。방법대210례위암환자진행상규술후호리，병주의여복강경기술상관적병발증관찰，유침대성지진행호리。결과환자술후생명체정평은，술후병발증발생솔위8.90％，소유환자균강복출원，무사망병례。결론복강경위암근치술후적정심、주밀호리，시환자순리강복적중요보증。
Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of laparoscopic radical gastractomy. Methods There are 210 cases of gastric cancer patients with routine postoperative care, and pay attention to the complications associated with laparoscopic techniques, with targeted nursing to the patients. Results Postoperative patients is with stable vital signs, the incidence of postoperative complications was 8.90%. All the patients are rehabilitation and discharge from hospital, no deaths. Conclusions It is an important guarantee for patients to recover smoothly that careful nursing after laparoscopic radical gastractomy.
