阐述创伤后免疫抑制效应的相关基础研究以及针刺在胸外科术后恢复阶段的应用。方法选取2010年至2012年辽宁中医药大学心胸外科确诊并手术的胸外科手术患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。结果实验组总有效率为80.0％，对照组为50.0％二者比较差异有显著意义（χ2=7.912,P<0.05）结论针刺在术后的恢复阶段效果显著，具有明显的临床价值。
천술창상후면역억제효응적상관기출연구이급침자재흉외과술후회복계단적응용。방법선취2010년지2012년료녕중의약대학심흉외과학진병수술적흉외과수술환자위연구대상，수궤분위실험조화대조조。결과실험조총유효솔위80.0％，대조조위50.0％이자비교차이유현저의의（χ2=7.912,P<0.05）결론침자재술후적회복계단효과현저，구유명현적림상개치。
To state relative basic research of immunosuppression effect after trauma and application on recovery phase of thoracic surgery postoperative by acupuncture.Method: To choose postoperative patients in thoracic surgery of liao ning university of tradiitional Chinese medicine from the year 2010 to 2012 as the object of study, and divide into test group and control group.Result:The total effective rate of test group was 80 percent,and that of control group was 50 percent.there are remarkable meaning.(χ2=7.912,P<0.05)Conclusion:The effect on recovery phase of thoracic surgery postoperative by acupuncture is remarkable and have obvious clinical value.
