目的探讨胰胆管汇合类型与胆源性急性胰腺炎发生的关系。方法测量分析200例急性胰腺炎患者的MRCP 片胆胰管汇合类型，分析其与胆源性急性胰腺炎的关系。结果急性胆源性胰腺炎中，Y型汇合类型最多（61.5%），高于（27％）和U型（11.5%）；胆源性急性胰腺炎的胆胰管汇合类型Y型(38.2%)明显高于V型(18.5%)和U型（13%）（p<0.05）；V型汇合和U型汇合发生率之间没有明显差别（P>0.05）。结论 Y型胆胰管汇合类型易发生急性胆源性急性胰腺炎。
목적탐토이담관회합류형여담원성급성이선염발생적관계。방법측량분석200례급성이선염환자적MRCP 편담이관회합류형，분석기여담원성급성이선염적관계。결과급성담원성이선염중，Y형회합류형최다（61.5%），고우（27％）화U형（11.5%）；담원성급성이선염적담이관회합류형Y형(38.2%)명현고우V형(18.5%)화U형（13%）（p<0.05）；V형회합화U형회합발생솔지간몰유명현차별（P>0.05）。결론 Y형담이관회합류형역발생급성담원성급성이선염。
Objective To investigate the relationship between choledochopancreatic junction type and acute biliary pancreatitis.Methods To measure the choledochopancreatic junction type by MRCP,and analysis the relationship between choledochopancreatic junction type and Acute biliary pancreatitis in 200 cases .Results Y choledochopancreatic junction type (61.5%) is more than V type(27%) and U type(11.5%) ; The incidence of Acute biliary pancreatitis in Y type is hinger than V type U type,There is No significant different in V type U type.Conclutions Y Choledochopancreatic junction type be inclined to cause Acute biliary pancreatitis.
