目的探讨一次性自控镇痛泵应用于术后病人镇痛引起不良反应的观察与护理。方法观察600例患者术后使用自控镇痛泵常规给予护理外同时实施系统，规范的护理干预。结果通过实施护理干预，合理应用自控镇痛泵可有效的减少患者发生不良反应。结论在护理过程中，护理人员不但要掌握自控镇痛泵的操作应用方法，而且还要了解其药物的不良反应，并实施必要的护理干预，确保效果和减少不良反应的发生，为患者减轻痛苦，提高患者术后生活质量。

objective To investigate the disposable self-control analgesia pump used in postoperative analgesia cause adverse reaction of observation and nursing care. Method observe 600 cases of patients with postoperative self-control analgesia pump regular give nursing implementation of the system at the same time, the standard nursing intervention. Results through the implementation of nursing intervention, reasonable application of self-control analgesia pump can effectively reduce adverse reactions in patients. Conclusion in the process of nursing, nursing staff not only to master self-control analgesia pump operation application methods, but also to understand the drug adverse reactions, and implement the necessary nursing intervention, ensure that effect and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions, patients relieve pain, improve patients quality of life after surgery.
