Objective To study the intravenous infusion of 37-38 ℃ liquid on the shivering effects of ambient temperature and method of operation period patient after 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the control group (infusion room temperature liquids), 60 cases in experimental group (infusion liquid; Jiawenwen) were recorded before anesthesia, after 30 minutes, anesthesia 60 minutes after the end of anesthesia and operation of patients in two groups of patients body temperature, the incidence of postoperative shivering, simultaneous recording of infusion fluid volume, extubation time and recovery time, and carries on statistics processing. Results in the experimental group, patients in the experimental group in the operation temperature is maintained constant, there was no significant difference in body temperature before operation and postoperative patients. While the control group while the rectal temperature changes and the incidence of shivering after operation was statistically significant. Conclusion infusion warming liquid can effectively prevent the peri operation period of low temperature, reduce the incidence of postoperative shivering
