目的了解青州市布鲁氏菌病的流行特点、传播因素，为下一步防控工作提供合理建议和依据。方法选择12个羊只重点从事养殖和屠宰行业村庄、2个皮草加工单位，对密切接触者开展流行病学调查，并采集血标本进行化验。结果根据对重点行业1203名密切接触者的调查化验结果显示，阳性者共17名，感染率为1.41%。分布在青州市6个乡镇、11个村；以青壮年为主，其中33岁-48岁者10名，占总数的58.82%；男女比例为1.43：1；农民14名，屠宰等其他行业者3名；布鲁氏杆菌试管凝集实验血清效价在1：50至1：12000，其中强阳性1：400以上者有13名，占76.47%；患者主要表现为发热、出汗、乏力、关节痛，发热出汗者17名，占发病总数的100%；乏力15名，占发病总数的88.24%；关节痛14名，占发病总数的82.35%；腰背部痛8名，占发病总数的47.06%；睾丸肿痛3名，占男性发病者21.43%。结论青州市羊只免疫率低，防控知识宣传力度不够，医护人员的专业技术水平有待提高。

Objective To Understand the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Qingzhou, propagation factors, so as to work for the next control to provide reasonable advice and basis.[Methods] Choose 12 key engaged in breeding and slaughter of sheep industry village, 2 fur processing units, close contacts to carry out epidemiological surveys and collecting blood samples for laboratory tests.[Results] Based on 1203 close contacts investigation laboratory in key industries showed that positive people a total of 17, infection rates of 1.41%. Distribution in Qingzhou 6 a township, and 11 a village; to young mainly, which 33 age-48 age who 10 name, accounted for new definitions today, of 58.82%; men and women proportion for 1.43:1; farmers 14 name, slaughter, other industry who 3 name; Brucella's Bacillus tube agglutination experimental serum effect price in 1:50 to 1:12,000, which strong positive 1:400 above who has 13 name, accounted for 76.47%; patients main performance for fever, and sweating, and weak, and joints pain, fever sweating who 17 name, 100%per cent of total number of onset; weak 15, 88.24% per cent of total number of onset; joint pain, 14 cent of incidence 82.35%; lumbar back pain 8, 47.06% per cent of total number of onset; testicular swelling 3, 21.43% per cent of male patients with disease.[Conclusion] Qingzhou sheep low immunization rates, inadequate prevention awareness, medical staff professional and technical levels needs to be improved.
