目的调查肿瘤科患者对跌倒的相关因素的认知情况，为针对性采取防跌倒措施和健康教育提供依据，降低跌倒发生率。方法随机选取2012年1月—12月肿瘤科住院跌倒/坠床高危患者200例，采用自制问卷调查的方式对患者进行防跌倒认知情况调查。结果肿瘤科住院患者对防跌倒知识有不同程度的认知，对于环境因素认知程度较高，而对于疾病、药物因素，跌倒的后果和处理，防跌倒的意识和行为的认知程度较低。结论肿瘤住院患者对跌倒的认知普遍不足，应加强相应的健康教育和行为干预。

목적조사종류과환자대질도적상관인소적인지정황，위침대성채취방질도조시화건강교육제공의거，강저질도발생솔。방법수궤선취2012년1월—12월종류과주원질도/추상고위환자200례，채용자제문권조사적방식대환자진행방질도인지정황조사。결과종류과주원환자대방질도지식유불동정도적인지，대우배경인소인지정도교고，이대우질병、약물인소，질도적후과화처리，방질도적의식화행위적인지정도교저。결론종류주원환자대질도적인지보편불족，응가강상응적건강교육화행위간예。
Objective: cognitive situation of the related factors fall survey oncology patients, in order to provide the basis and measures taken to prevent falling health education, reduce the incidence rate of falls. Method: randomly selected from 2012 January to December from oncology inpatient fall / fall 200 patients with high-risk patients, using self-made questionnaire survey to investigate the cognition of fall prevention for patients .Results: Tumor Inpatients with different degree of cognition on fall prevention knowledge, the environmental factors of cognitive degree is high, and for the disease, drug factors, consequences and fall, cognition of fall prevention awareness and behavior of the lower. Conclusion: tumor patients cognition on falling down generally inadequate, should strengthen the health education and behavior intervention accordingly.
