目的了解大连市餐饮行业餐具消毒状况，为进一步规范餐具卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法对2009年大连市3742家酒店餐具的消毒效果进行监测。结果2009年共检测样品29874份，合格率为84.9％，与2008年合格率（85.3%）相比变化不大。结论大连市餐饮行业餐具消毒合格率较低。结果提示：存在食源性疾病发生的安全隐患，相关部门应加强对其卫生状况的监督管理，以确保消费者就餐安全。
