目的对慢性胃炎的临床治疗进行探讨。方法选取自2011年12月至2012年12月之间，在我院接受中西医结合治疗的慢性胃炎患者35例，同同期接受单纯西医治疗的慢性胃炎患者35例，进行对比分析。结果治疗组治愈和好转的共34人，总有效率为97.1%；而对照组，治愈和好转的共28人，总有效率为80.0%。治疗组总有效率明显较高(P＜0.05)；治疗结束后6个月，回访了所有患者，发现治疗组的总复发率为2.9%，对照组则为29.6%。可见，对照组复发率明显高于治疗组(P＜0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎，能够起到很好的临床效果，复发率明显降低，患者的身心健康得到有效保障。
목적대만성위염적림상치료진행탐토。방법선취자2011년12월지2012년12월지간，재아원접수중서의결합치료적만성위염환자35례，동동기접수단순서의치료적만성위염환자35례，진행대비분석。결과치료조치유화호전적공34인，총유효솔위97.1%；이대조조，치유화호전적공28인，총유효솔위80.0%。치료조총유효솔명현교고(P＜0.05)；치료결속후6개월，회방료소유환자，발현치료조적총복발솔위2.9%，대조조칙위29.6%。가견，대조조복발솔명현고우치료조(P＜0.05)。결론채용중서의결합치료만성위염，능구기도흔호적림상효과，복발솔명현강저，환자적신심건강득도유효보장。
Objective: To explore the clinical treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: from 2011 December to 2012 between December, 35 patients with chronic gastritis treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital, and underwent 35 chronic gastritis patients and Western medicine treatment of cases, comparative analysis. Results: a total of 34 treatment group cured or improved, the total effective rate was 97.1%; while in the control group, a total of 28 people were cured or improved, the total effective rate was 80%. The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher (P﹤0.05); 6 months after the end of treatment, follow-up all patients, it was found that the total recurrence rates in the treatment group was 2.9%, 29.6% in the control group. Visible, the relapse rate of the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis with, can play a very good clinical effects, recurrence rate reduces obviously, the patient's physical and mental health is effectively guaranteed.
