目的探讨追踪检查法在新护士培训效果中的应用。方法将2010-2011年新护士49名设为对照组,2012-2013年新护士66名设为观察组,观察组按追踪检查法进行带教,对照组按传统带教法实施带教。观察并比较两组新护士的理论、操作考核成绩、发生的护理缺陷数、患者、医护人员对新护士的满意度及新护士对带教老师的满意度。结果实行追踪检查法后,新护士理论、操作考核成绩、综合考评成绩、患者、医护人员对新护士的满意度及新护士对带教老师的满意度提升程度明显高于对照组,发生的护理缺陷数明显降低,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论将追踪检查法运用于新护士的临床带教,有利于新护士的成长和护理队伍的稳定,提高了带教老师的整体水平。

Objective To explore the effect of tracer methodology in the new nurse training. Methods Set 49 new nurses from 2010-2011 to the control group, 66 new nurses form 2012-2013 to the observation group. The new nurses in the observation group received tracer methodology. While new nurses in the control group received traditional clinical teaching. Theoretical, practical, nursing defects,satisfaction of patients,health care workers for new nurses and the satisfaction of new nurses with a teacher were compared between two groups. Results The theoretical, practical, satisfaction of patients,health care workers for new nurses and the satisfaction of new nurses with a teacher in the observation group were significantly higher than that in controls. The nursing defects were reduced. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Tracer methodology used in clinical teaching to the new nurses, is conducive to the growth of new nurses and the stability of the care team, also improves the overall level of the teachers.
