目的探讨强脉冲光（intense pulsed light IPL）联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗黄褐斑的疗效及安全性。方法采用12周随机、对照实验，90位受试者随机分为实验组、对照1组和对照2组，实验组及对照1组接受3次IPL治疗，实验组术后联合静脉滴注还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗，对照2组仅行静滴谷胱甘肽治疗。通过研究者评价治疗前、后黄褐斑面积变化进行功效评估，并由患者进行满意度评估。结果经过治疗,实验组91.7%的患者获得了超过50%的改善,83.3%的患者对治疗效果满意或非常满意，且肤质改善明显，仅有1例（2.8%）复发，副作用主要为轻微的一过性红斑；对照1组有6例﹙21.4%﹚复发，5例（17.9%）出现轻-中度色素沉着，对照2组有10例（38.5%）复发。结论强脉冲光联合静滴还原型谷胱甘肽可以有效地治疗黄褐斑,临床疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective: To investigate the long - term efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light (IPL) and reduced glutathione device in the treatment of melasma lesions. Methods: A randomized、controlled 12 weeks study was conducted. Ninety patients were randomly divided into the treatment group、the control group1 and the control group2.The treatment group and the control group1 received three IPL treatments, and the treatment group were injected with reduced glutathione. The control group2 were injected with reduced glutathione only. The results were observed before and after each session respectively. The efficacy was evaluated using a percentage category scale, and a satisfaction scale. Results:By the end of the study, the treatment group (91.7%) obtained 50% improvements, according to the over-all evaluation by dermatologists,83.3% patients considered their results satisfactory or very satisfactory, and their skin quality was better than before obviously, adverse reactions were mainly transient erythema, only 1 case (2.8%) recurrence; there were 6 patients (21.4%) recurrence, 5 patients (17.9%) of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(PIH) in the control group1, 10 patients (38.5%) recurrence in control group2. Conclusion: The study demonstrates that IPL combined with reduced glutathione is a good option for patients with melasma, the clinical efficacy is superior to the control group.
