目的探讨传统经腹手术与腹腔镜手术引起盆腔粘连情况.方法对2007年6月-2011年3月广州军区武汉总医院因妇科疾病(不含子宫内膜异位症患者)或产科因素行开腹手术，既往有腹腔镜手术史及经腹手术史各100例进行回顾性研究.结果两组病例盆腔均有不同程度粘连，腹腔镜手术后盆腔粘连以Ⅰ级为主，而经腹手术以Ⅱ-Ⅲ级较多，两组间粘连程度有显著差异(P<0.05).结论在妇产科手术进展中，腹腔镜手术可以显著降低术后盆腔粘连程度.

Objective The conditions of pelvic adhesions caused by conventional transperitoneal operation or laparoscopic surgery were explored. Method: Retrospective study was conducted for patients with laparotomy or laparoscopic operations for gynecological diseases (not containing endometriosis) or obstrical conditions, admitted from June,2007 to March,2011 in Wuhan General Hospital of the Guangzhou Army District. Such patients were allocated into two groups, each of which contained 100 patients either with conventional transperitoneal operation or with laparoscopic surgery. Results: There were different extents of pelvic adhesions in both groups. The pelvic adhesions after laparoscopic surgery graded mainly level one, while after conventional transperitoneal operation mainly level two or three. There is a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: The laparoscopic operation might decrease the extent of pelvic adhesions after O&G surgery.
