目的分析Rathke囊肿的MRI表现，提高对本病的诊断水平；方法回顾性分析病理证实的25例Rathke囊肿的MRI资料；结果Rathke囊肿的MRI表现对术前诊断和鉴别诊断有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the MRI features and the diagnostic value of Rahke’s cleft cysts.Method MRI imagings and clinical presentation of patient with Rathke’ cleft cysts confirmed by pathology were restrospectively review. Results Cases of cysts within the saddle were extended to the saddle. The cysts were in the shape of dumbbell,the outline was sharp and the wall was thin.The cystfluid showed hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI had 15 cases,hyperintense on T1WI and T2WI had 8 cases,linear contrast enhancement on cysis wall of 2 case was seen.Conclusion Rathke’s cleft cysts possess some features on MRI and preoperative accurate diagnosis may be obtained by intergrating MRI findings and clinical data ,which should be differentiated from pituitary adenoma and craniopharyngioma.
