目的探讨伴高尿酸血症的慢性心衰患者,别嘌呤醇治疗对心功能的影响.方法将72例合并高尿酸血症的慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为别嘌呤醇的实验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36).2组患者均给予常规抗心衰治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上每天加口服别嘌呤醇片300mg,疗程为12周.观察2组患者治疗前、后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)及肝、肾功能变化.结果实验组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)明显提高、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)明显降低,与治疗前比较,P<0.05;与对照组比较改善明显,P<0.05,均有统计学差异.结论别嘌呤醇有助于改善患者心功能状态和临床症状.

Discussion of hyperuricaemia in patients with chronic heart failure, allopurinol treatment on heart function of rats.Methods 72 cases complicated with hyperuricemia in patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into allopurinol in experimental group (n=36) and control group (n=36).2groups of patients were given routine anti heart failure treatment, the experimental group in the control group were treated on a daily basis plus oral allopurinol tablets 300mg, treatment for 12weeks. To observe 2 groups of patients before treatment, after left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ), left ventricular end diastolic diameter ( LVDd ) and liver, renal function changes.Results The experimental group after the treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) significantly improved, left ventricular end diastolic diameter ( LVDd ) was significantly reduced, compared with before treatment, P<0.05; compared with the control group improved significantly, P<0.05, there was significant difference.Conclusions Allopurinol is helpful to improve the cardiac function and clinical symptoms.
