目的评价微生态制剂联用质子泵抑制剂治疗由幽门螺杆菌感染所致的消化道溃疡的疗效.方法选择临床确诊由幽门螺杆菌感染所致的消化道溃疡患者265例,随机分为A、B两组. A组120例,给予双歧三联活菌制剂+兰索拉唑片；B组145例,给予克拉霉素胶囊+阿莫西林胶囊+兰索拉唑片.在治疗过程中观察两组的不良反应及症状缓解程度,疗程结束后对两组的疗效进行评价.结果疗程结束后,A组的临床症状缓解率、溃疡愈合率、Hp 根除率分别为90.0%、92.5%、89.5%； B组的临床症状缓解率、溃疡愈合率、Hp 根除率分别为91.0%、93.1%、90.3%,两组比较无显著性差异.不良反应发生率A组为5.8%；B组为29.7%,两组比较差异显著.结论微生态制剂联用质子泵抑制治疗幽门螺杆菌感染安全有效,较之抗生素疗法不良反应更小.

Objective: To evaluate probiotics in conjunction with proton pump inhibitor therapy efficacy ofgastrointestinalUlcers caused byhelicobacter pylori infection.Method: Select the clinicaldiagnosis ofhelicobacter pylori infection in patients with pepticUlcer caused 265 cases were randomlydivided into twogroups (A, B).Agroup of 120 patientsgiven probiotics preparations + lansoprazole tablets;145 cases ofgroup B,given clarithromycin capsule + amoxicillin+ lansoprazole tablets.Thedegree of adverse reactions observed in bothgroupsduring treatment and relief of symptoms, to evaluate the efficacy of the twogroups after treatment.Results: After treatment, the clinical symptoms ofgroup A, response rate,Ulcerhealing rate ofhp eradication rates were90.0%and 92.5%,89.5%;group B clinical remission rate ofUlcerhealing rate ofhp eradication rates were 91.0%,93.1%,90.3%, the twogroups no significantdifference.The incidence of adverse events ingroup A was 5.8%;29.7%ingroup B, thedifference was significant.Conclusion: Probiotics associated with proton pump inhibition treatment ofhelicobacter pylori infection is safe and effective, is smaller than the adverse effects of the antibiotic therapy.
