重症大疱性药疹包括重症多形红斑、Stevens-Johnson综合征、大疱性表皮坏死松解症，是皮肤科最严重的疾病之一。其发病的免疫机制主要是Fas-FasL介导的细胞凋亡、细胞毒T细胞的作用、肿瘤坏死因子-a诱导凋亡及线粒体的损伤。我院皮肤科应用丙种球蛋白静脉滴注、联合糖皮质激素治愈重症大疱性药疹3例。
重癥大皰性藥疹包括重癥多形紅斑、Stevens-Johnson綜閤徵、大皰性錶皮壞死鬆解癥，是皮膚科最嚴重的疾病之一。其髮病的免疫機製主要是Fas-FasL介導的細胞凋亡、細胞毒T細胞的作用、腫瘤壞死因子-a誘導凋亡及線粒體的損傷。我院皮膚科應用丙種毬蛋白靜脈滴註、聯閤糖皮質激素治愈重癥大皰性藥疹3例。
중증대포성약진포괄중증다형홍반、Stevens-Johnson종합정、대포성표피배사송해증，시피부과최엄중적질병지일。기발병적면역궤제주요시Fas-FasL개도적세포조망、세포독T세포적작용、종류배사인자-a유도조망급선립체적손상。아원피부과응용병충구단백정맥적주、연합당피질격소치유중증대포성약진3례。
Severe bullousdrug eruption, including erythemamultiformemajor, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and big water blister epidermal necrolysis, are one of themost severe skindiseases.Their immunopathogenesis such as the apoptosismediated by Fas-FasL and induced by TNF-a, effect of cytotoxic T cells, andmitochondrialdamage.Furthermore, thesedisease can bemanaged with immunotherapy, e.g.intravenous immunoglobulin,glucocorticoids cure of three severe bullousdrug eruptions inmydepartment ofdermatology.
