目的探讨银杏达莫对糖尿病脉搏波(b a P W V)、大动脉弹性指数(C1)、小动脉弹性指数(C2)、颈动脉中膜内层厚度((intimalmedial thickness,IMT)及hs-CRP的影响.方法112例糖尿病患者分为对照组和银杏达莫治疗组,测量baPWV,C1、C2、IMT及hs-CRP水平.结果治疗组使用银杏达莫后可明显降低糖尿病患者baPWV、IMT及hs-CRP水平,明显改善C2.结论银杏达莫对防治2型糖尿病患者血管病变有重要作用.
목적탐토은행체막대당뇨병맥박파(b a P W V)、대동맥탄성지수(C1)、소동맥탄성지수(C2)、경동맥중막내층후도((intimalmedial thickness,IMT)급hs-CRP적영향.방법112례당뇨병환자분위대조조화은행체막치료조,측량baPWV,C1、C2、IMT급hs-CRP수평.결과치료조사용은행체막후가명현강저당뇨병환자baPWV、IMT급hs-CRP수평,명현개선C2.결론은행체막대방치2형당뇨병환자혈관병변유중요작용.
Objective: To explore the effects of Yinxingdamo on pulse wave (baPWV ), themain artery elasticity index (C1), small artery elasticity index (C2), the carotid arterymembrane inner layer thickness (IMT) andhs-CRP in patients with type 2diabetes;methods:112 patients with type 2diabetes weredivided into control and Yinxingdamo treatmentgroup, themeasurement of baPWV, C1, C2, IMT andhs-CRP levels.Results: treatmentgroup with Yinxingdamo, can significantly reduce baPWV, IMT andhs-CRP levels in thediabetic patients, and significant improvement in C2.Conclusion:Yinxingdamomay play an important role in the prevention of type 2diabetes in patients with vasculardisease.
