目的探讨不锈钢靠背式坐浴椅对腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术术后患者坐浴依丛性的观察.方法将110例腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术术后需坐浴的患者随机分为实验组(n=55)和对照组(n=55).实验组采用不锈钢靠背式坐浴椅,对照组采用简易坐浴架坐浴.结果实验组没有不良事件发生,坐浴时间达标率、坐浴依从性、满意度明显高于对照组,经比较,P均<0.05,有统计学差异.结论不锈钢靠背式坐浴椅,可以明显降低了不良事件的发生率,提高了患者的依从性和满意率,值得临床推广.
