目的分析ChromIDmRSA产色培养基对检测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的灵敏度和特异性,为临床尽早隔离携带者,合理选择抗生素提供依据,对控制耐药菌株的播散和流行具有非常重要的意义.方法对临床分离205株金黄色葡萄球菌分别用ChromIDmRSA产色培养基筛选MRSA法和头孢西丁纸片法进行对比试验.结果上述两检测方法无显著性差异(P>0.05),ChromIDmRSA法的灵敏度=96.2%,特异度=86.3%.结论 ChromIDmRSA法能很好的筛选耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌.

Objective Analysis the sensitivity and specificity of the chromogenic agarmedium chromIDmRSAfordetection ofmethicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.It will be isolated carriers from clinical practice as soon as possible.provided a basis for rational selection of antibiotics.and will begreat significance of control and tenIlinate nosocomial outhreaks.Methods Tested 205 panels with integratedmRSA screening tests with the chromogenic agarmedium ehromIDmRSA and cefoxitindisk test, Compared with regard to its ability todetectmethicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Results There was nodifference between of the twomethods(P>0.05).The sensitivity Was 96.2%,and specificity was86.3%. Conclusion This study showed that chromIDmRSA,a ready-to-use chromogenic selectivemedium,is sensitive and specific for rapiddetection ofmethicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus
