目的观察前列腺素E1脂微球制剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及安全性.方法将38例UAP伴有心电图ST-T改变的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组20例,在常规综合治疗基础上给予静脉滴注前列腺素E1脂微球制剂10μg,每日2次,疗程7天.对照组18例仅给予常规综合治疗.结果治疗结束后治疗组心绞痛缓解率(95.0%)、心电图变化改善率(90.0%)均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论在常规综合治疗基础上加用前列地尔脂微球制剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效明显优于常规治疗.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lipidmicrospheres containing prostaglandin E1(Lipo-PGE1) in treatment of patients withUnstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:38 patients suffered fromUAP accompany with ST-T change were randomlydivided into therapygroup(n=20) and controlgroup(n=18).The therapygroup received conventional treatment ofUAP plus extra intravenous infusion of Lipo-PGE1(10ug,twice perday for 7days).The controlgroup received conventional treatment only.Results:95%patients of the therapygroup and 66.7%patients of the controlgrouphad their chest pain relieved(p<0.05).90%patients of the therapygroup and 61.1%patients of the controlgrouphad the ECG ST-T amelioration(p<0.05).Conclusion: Conventional therapy plus Lipo-PGE1 infusionhad amore powerful efficacy to relieve the chest pain and ameliorate the ECG ST-Tdepression compared with conventional therapy.
