目的观察实施临床护理路径对原发性高血压的疗效。方法采用随机抽样法将64例病人分成2组。对照组32例采用原发性高血压常规护理，实验组32例采用原发性高血压临床路径护理，观察2组病人药物治疗依从性、血压控制情况、病人满意度。结果实验组药物治疗依从性优于对照组，血压得到有效控制，病人满意度明显提高。结论临床护理路径在原发性高血压病人中的应用，可提高患者药物治疗依从性，有效控制血压，提高临床护理质量及病人满意度。
목적관찰실시림상호리로경대원발성고혈압적료효。방법채용수궤추양법장64례병인분성2조。대조조32례채용원발성고혈압상규호리，실험조32례채용원발성고혈압림상로경호리，관찰2조병인약물치료의종성、혈압공제정황、병인만의도。결과실험조약물치료의종성우우대조조，혈압득도유효공제，병인만의도명현제고。결론림상호리로경재원발성고혈압병인중적응용，가제고환자약물치료의종성，유효공제혈압，제고림상호리질량급병인만의도。
Objective To study the effect of the clinical nursing pathway in the primaryhypertension curativet. Methods 64 patients weredivided into 2groups by random samplingmethod.The comparisongroup which contains 32 patients were taken care of by traditionalmethod, while the 32 patients in the experimentalgroup wereUsing the clinical pathway nursing.Thedrug treatment adherence, blood pressure control and patient satisfaction in the 2groups of patients were recorded as criteria.Results Thedrug treatment adherence in the experimentalgroup is superior to the comparisongroup.Conclusion The application of the clinical nursing pathway in the primaryhypertension can improve patientsdrug treatment adherence, control blood pressure effectively ,prove the quality of clinical nursing, and patient satisfaction.
