目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞(WBC)水平检测在社区获得性肺炎患儿鉴别诊断及治疗指导中的价值.方法对34例社区获得性肺炎患儿(细菌组)及23例社区获得性肺炎患儿(病毒组)均予对症治疗，并与治疗前及痊愈后分别检测血清CRP及WBC水平.结果治疗前细菌组血清CRP和WBC显著高于病毒组(P<0.05)，而治疗后2组无显著差异；治疗后细菌组血清CRP及WBC显著低于治疗前(P<0.05).结论血清CRP及WBC联合检测对儿童社区获得性肺炎的病因鉴别诊断及疗效判断具有一定的指导意义.

Objective To explore the value of the differential diagnosis and treatment guidance of C-reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cell (WBC) levels detected in community-acquired pneumonia in children.34 cases of community acquired pneumonia (bacterial group) and 23 cases of community acquired pneumonia (virus group) herein are symptomatic treatment, and serum CRP and WBC levels before treatment and after recovery. Results before the treatment of bacterial serum CRP and WBC were significantly higher than the virus group (P <0.05) after treatment there was no significant difference; after treatment, the bacteria levels of serum CRP and WBC were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05). The conclusion serum CRP and WBC detection of children with community-acquired pneumonia etiology and differential diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of certain guiding significance.
