目的观察穴位红花注射液配合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效.方法42例强直性脊柱炎患者采用穴位注射红花注射液配合自拟通痹熏洗方中药熏洗治疗，观察疗效.结果临床缓解11例(26.2%)，显效16例f38.1%)，有效12例(28.6%)，无效3例(7.1%)，总有效率为92.9%.结论穴位注射红花注射液配合中熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效好，无不良反应，投资少，简便易行，值得临床推广.

목적관찰혈위홍화주사액배합중약훈증치료강직성척주염적료효.방법42례강직성척주염환자채용혈위주사홍화주사액배합자의통비훈세방중약훈세치료，관찰료효.결과림상완해11례(26.2%)，현효16례f38.1%)，유효12례(28.6%)，무효3례(7.1%)，총유효솔위92.9%.결론혈위주사홍화주사액배합중훈증치료강직성척주염료효호，무불량반응，투자소，간편역행，치득림상추엄.
Objective: To observe the acupuncture points safflower injection fluid with the efficacy of traditional Chinesemedicine fumigation treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:42 cases of ankylosing spondylitis treated with acupoint injection of safflower injection combined with self Tongbi the fumigation sideherbal fumigation treatment effects were observed.Results: The clinical remission in 11 cases (26.2%) were cured,16 cases f38.1%), effective 12 cases (28.6%),3 cases (7.1%), total effective rate was 92.9%.Conclusion: Injection of safflower injection with the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis in the fumigation efficacy, adverse reactions, less investment, simple, worthy of promotion.
