目的探讨术中B超在脑肿瘤手术和脑出血手术中的意义。方法对20例脑肿瘤患者28个病灶实施术中B超脑肿瘤切除和对25例脑出血患者行术中B超定位血肿清除。结果20例患者28个病灶行术中B超定位脑肿瘤切除和25例脑出血患者行术中B超定位血肿清除，病灶定位准确，不需探查，肿瘤切除及血肿清除满意，无脑组织损伤，未出现相应明显的神经系统障碍。结论术中B超操作简便，重复性强，定位准确，安全经济，肿瘤切除和血肿清除满意，具有广泛的应用前景

Objective:To investigate in the clinical significance of intraoperative ultrasound in surgery of brain tumors.Methods:Twenty—eight brain tumors from 20 patients were removed,1ocalizing by intraoperative ultrasound. Results:Total resection of the tumors was achieved in all cases.Localization of the tumors was accurate.Exploration was not necessary.Injury of normal tissue was quite slight.There are no disturbances of CNS function observed after surgery. Conclusion: Intraoperative ultrasound is a cheap,simple and useful real-time tool for localizing brain tumors not seen on the brain surface
