目的探讨高倍手术显微镜下非选择性指尖离断再植的方法和预后.方法对合并指腹瘀斑等条件不佳的35例38指非选择性指尖离断采取高倍手术显微镜下再植,观察术后成活情况、外形、感觉功能恢复情况.结果35例38指指尖离断,35指成活,成活率92.1%,随访观察5个月到1年,35指指甲无明显畸形,指体外形良好,两点分辨觉3mm~6mm.与文献报道指尖离断再植的成活率(1075指,成活率93.4%)相当(P>0.05).结论非选择性指尖离断采取高倍手术显微镜下进行再植,可以取得较高的成活率,达到良好的效果,临床上不要轻易对条件不佳的指尖离断放弃再植.

Objective:To discuss the method and prognosis of nonselective fingertip amputation replantation by the surgical microscope of high magnification. Methods: To observe postoperative survival situation , appearance and feel survived the function recovery of the fingertips to break away from selective surgical microscope at operation by the condition such as bad bruises,38 fingers of 35 patients including . Results :35 patients 38 fingers to break away from the fingertips,35 fingers had survived, the survival rate was 92.1%. In the follow-up with 6 months ~1 year , the replanted fingers grew well with satisfactory appearance and function. The two-point discrimination was 3-6mm . The survival rate between our research and literature report by core journal(1075 fingertips , survival rate was 93.4%) was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion : Nonselective fingertip amputation replantation by the surgical microscope of high magnification could gain higher survival rate , good appearance and good two point discrimination, so , did not give up replanting to no good condition easily.
