目的探讨不同营养支持方式在急性有机磷中毒机械通气患者的应用价值及护理方法.方法将46例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合胃肠内营养，观察两组血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TFN)的浓度.同时观察相关并发症发生情况并给与护理.结果两组患者在第7天，观察组除ALB外，各项指标与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)，到第11天，观察组指标基本恢复正常，与对照组相比，差异显著(P<0.05)结论应用胃肠内营养能够有效的改善急性有机磷中毒机械通气患者的营养指标，只要护理得当，可以避免其并发症的发生.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and nursing care of nutritional support patients with acute organophosphorus insecticides poising(AOPP)given mechanical ventilation. Method:Cases of 46 AOPP patients were randomlydivided into twogroups: observationgroup (given enteral nutrition andgeneral treatment), controlgroup (treated withgeneral treatment only). The serum concentration of albumin (ALB), pre-albumin (PAB),transferrin (TNF) were measured . At the same time, the related complications in observationgroup were noted and nursed. Results:The above items except for ALBhad significantlydifference between the twogroups (P<0.05) at the seventhday. All items in observationgroup reached normalLevel at the eleventhday, compared with controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion:The enteral nutrition can effectively improve nutrition of the patients with AOPPgiven mechanical ventilation, and its complications can be prevented asLong as corrected nursing care wasgiven.
