目的研究大豆异黄酮对体外培养成骨细胞增值及分化等.方法大豆异黄酮加入新生SD大鼠颅骨分离培养的成骨细胞中.用噻唑蓝( MTT )比色法检测细胞增殖情况;用对硝基酚磷酸盐法测定成骨细胞碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、用放免法测定OB骨钙素( BGP)含量,以反映OB的分化状况.结果用大豆异黄酮体外培养大鼠成骨细胞MTT吸光值明显增加,成骨细胞ALP活性显著升高,成骨细胞BGP分泌显著增加(p<0.05).结论大豆异黄酮具有促进成骨细胞增殖分化的作用,其作用程度低于雌激素.大豆异黄酮的弱雌激素作用可能是其防治绝经后骨质疏松的重要机制.

Objective: To study the ef fect of soybean isoflav one on the proliferation and differentiation of cultured rat osteo blast in v itro. Methods: New born rat calvarid osteoblastic cell. Methods: New born rat calvarid oteoblastic cell were isolated and cultured with the medium containing soybean isoflav one. The ativity of alkaline phosphatase( ALP) and bone glaprotein ( BGP) of osteo blasts determined the proliferat ion. Results: Results: MTT absorbance value increased significantly by culturing the rats bone cells in vitro.Bone ALP activity significantly increased and osteoblast BGP secretion was significantly increased (p <0.05). Conclusion: The soy isoflavones promote into the role of bone cell proliferation and differentiation, its role was lower than the estrogen. The weak estrogenic effects of soy isoflavones may be an important mechanism in the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis
