目的建立以超高效液相色谱检测市售饮用水中对甲酚和双酚A的方法.方法水样经全自动固相萃取仪前处理,过HLB小柱,甲醇洗脱,以WATERS ACQUITY UPLC BEH C181.0×50mm柱分离,乙腈—乙酸铵溶液为流动相,荧光检测器,定量分析市售饮用水中的对甲酚和双酚A.结果本法对对甲酚和双酚A的最低检测限分别是0.003ug/mL和0.005ug/mL,线性范围内,相关系数r均大于0.999,精密度小于5%,平均回收率分别在96.5%~106.0%之间.结论本法操作简便,快捷,灵敏度高,精密度好,定量准确,是测定市售饮用水中对甲酚和双酚A的理想方法.

Objective: To establish a method for determination of P-cresol and Bisphenol A in drinking water by UPLC. Methods: The samples were pre-treated with SPE and eluted by methanol through HLB column. It was determined by UPLC ,quantified with fluorescence detector ,performed on a WATERS ACQUITY UPLC BEH C181.0×50mm column, acetonitrile and Ammonium acetate were used as mobile phase. Results: The detection limits for P-cresol and Bisphenol A were 0.003ug/mL and 0.005ug/mL. In the linear ranges, correlation coefficients were both above 0.999 and the precision were less than 5%. The mean recoveries were between 96.5% and 106.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast , sensitive, precisive and accurate. It’s the ideal way to P-cresol and Bisphenol A for the determination of drinking water.
