目的建立肾康丸中阿魏酸的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsi C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇：1%醋酸(25：75),流速1.0 ml?min-1,检测波长为320nm,进样量10μl.结果阿魏酸在0.101mg-1.212mg (r=1.0000)之间线性关系良好,其平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.7%.结论该方法简便,结果准确,灵敏,可用于肾康丸中阿魏酸的含量测定.

Objective: Establishment of shenkangwan ferulic acid content determination method.Methods:using HPLC method,the column was Diamonsi C18(250mm x 4.6mm,5 u m ),Mobile phase of methanol:1% acetic acid (25:75), a flow rate of 1 mlmin-1, detection wavelength 320nm, amount of sample10 uL.Results: ferulic acid in 0.101mg-1.212mg ( r =1.0000) between a good linear relationship,the average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion: the method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and can be used for Shenkang pill content determination of ferulic acid in.
