目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在睾丸扭转诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析39例经手术证实为睾丸扭转的患者的超声图像表现及彩色血流显像特点。结果38例超声诊断为睾丸扭转者与手术结果相符合,1例诊断为睾丸扭转合并腹股沟疝的患者,手术结果仅为睾丸扭转。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对睾丸扭转诊断有极高的临床价值,对手术方案的选择有较大的指导作用,应作为临床疑睾丸扭转时的首选影像检查方法。

Objective To investigate the value of colored Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods Retrospective analysis of the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging and colored Doppler flow Imaging of 39 cases of patients who were confirmed through surgery as testicular torsion. Results 38 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound as testicular torsion who's surgery results are consistent with the diagnosis,1 case was diagnosed as testicular torsion and inguinal hernia, surgery result just for the testicular torsion. Conclusion High-frequency colored Doppler ultrasonography has a very high clinical value in the diagnosis of testicular torsion, greatly guide the procedure selection of the operation, should be the preferred imaging methods when clinical diagnosis suspect to be testicular torsion.
