目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在孕12~20周引产中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇，用于100例孕12~20周妊娠妇女在引产中的临床疗效及安全性，并与利凡诺尔引产结果进行比较。结果显示米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产成功率为98%，显著高于利凡诺尔引产，产程较利凡诺尔引产缩短，出血量和胎盘滞留率显著降低，未见子宫破裂等并发症发生。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇是一种简便、安全、有效的孕12~20周引产方法，在临床上有值得推广应用的价值。
