目的评价双源CT血管成像技术在主动脉壁内血肿诊断中的临床应用价值。材料与方法对10例主诉急性胸背痛患者行双源 CT血管成像检查，并进行多平面重建(MPR）、曲面重建(CPR）、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重建(VR)等后处理。结果双源CT三维图像能清楚显示主动脉壁内血肿的大小、形态、变化及与分支血管的关系等。结论双源C T血管成像技术能快速、准确的显示主动脉壁内血肿的病理解剖关系，为主动脉壁内血肿的诊断和治疗提供直接影像信息。
목적 평개쌍원CT혈관성상기술재주동맥벽내혈종진단중적림상응용개치。재료여방법 대10례주소급성흉배통환자행쌍원 CT혈관성상검사，병진행다평면중건(MPR）、곡면중건(CPR）、최대밀도투영(MIP)화용적중건(VR)등후처리。결과 쌍원CT삼유도상능청초현시주동맥벽내혈종적대소、형태、변화급여분지혈관적관계등。결론 쌍원C T혈관성상기술능쾌속、준학적현시주동맥벽내혈종적병리해부관계，위주동맥벽내혈종적진단화치료제공직접영상신식。
Objective The clinical value of the evaluation of dual-source CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma.
