目的联合检测糖尿病三项即糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹血糖(FPG)的含量对诊断、治疗糖尿病的临床应用.方法选择260例确诊为2型糖尿病患者及60例健康体检者为研究对象,分别采集患者治疗前后及对照组空腹静脉血,在雅培Aeroset 全自动生化分析仪进行HbA1c、GSP、FPG含量检测.结果2型糖尿病患者与健康体检者比较,治疗前HbA1c、GSP、FPG单项或多项升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后GSP、FPG与治疗前相比明显降低(P<0.01),而HbA1c亦降低(P<0.05).结论 FPG、HbA1c、GSP三项在糖尿病不同阶段变化不一致,联合检测能更早诊断糖尿病及准确反映血糖水平的控制状况,杜绝漏诊、误诊,对糖尿病的预防、筛查、诊断及疗效观察具有重要意义.

Results: type 2 diabetic patients and healthy comparison,Before treatment HbA1c, GSP, FPG single or multiple elevation,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.01 ); After treatment, GSP, FPG compared with those before treatment was significantly lower( P<0.01), and HbA1c were also lowert ( P<0.05). Conclusion: FPG、HbA1c 、GSP three in diabetic of different phase changs are not consistent, each with advantages,combined detection in diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and earlier accurately reflect the level of glucose control status of diabetes, Avoid missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, screening, diagnosis and the observation of curative effect has important Significance.
