目的联合检测糖尿病三项即糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹血糖(FPG)的含量对诊断、治疗糖尿病的临床应用.方法选择260例确诊为2型糖尿病患者及60例健康体检者为研究对象，分别采集患者治疗前后及对照组空腹静脉血，在雅培Aeroset 全自动生化分析仪进行HbA1c、GSP、FPG含量检测.结果2型糖尿病患者与健康体检者比较，治疗前HbA1c、GSP、FPG单项或多项升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗后GSP、FPG与治疗前相比明显降低(P<0.01)，而HbA1c亦降低(P<0.05).结论 FPG、HbA1c、GSP三项在糖尿病不同阶段变化不一致，联合检测能更早诊断糖尿病及准确反映血糖水平的控制状况，杜绝漏诊、误诊，对糖尿病的预防、筛查、诊断及疗效观察具有重要意义.
