目的探讨丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体、HCV RNA联合检测用于丙型肝炎诊断的临床价值,并研究本地区丙型肝炎的感染和流行情况.方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测HCV RNA、解离-增强时间分辨荧光免疫分析法(DELFIA)定量检测HCV抗体.结果715例初诊为丙型肝炎的患者中,HCV抗体阳性85例(11.89%),HCV RNA阳性107例(14.96%),两者共同阳性76例(10.63%),其中男性49例(64.47%),女性27例(35.53%),主要集中在35-45岁之间.结论单独检测HCV抗体或HCV RNA均有一定的缺陷,二者联合检测可提高丙型肝炎的检出准确率;RT-PCR技术灵敏度较高,对HCV RNA检出率较高.丙型肝炎在门诊就诊者中阳性检出率较高,且以中青年为主,男女性别感染检出率无差异.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of HCV diagnosis for testing the hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibodies combine with HCV RNA and study of hepatitis C infection and the prevalence of this region. Methods HCV RNA was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), the dissociation enhanced time -resolved fluorescence immunoassay (DELFIA) quantitative detection of HCV antibodies. Results In the 715 cases patients, 85 cases(11.89%) was positive in HCV antibody and 107 cases(14.96%) in HCV RNA , with 76 cases (10.63%) both positive in HCV antibody and HCV RNA including 49 (64.47%) males and 27 females (35.53%), mainly between 35-45 years old. Conclusion Only detecting HCV antibodies or HCV RNA have certain defects, the two joint detection can improve the detection accuracy rate of hepatitis C; RT-PCR technology have high sensitivity with high detection rate of HCV RNA. Hepatitis C the positive rate was high in the young or middle age outpatients .There was no difference of HCV infection detection rate in the gender.
