目的探讨分析呼吸机治疗急性心肌梗死所致急性心力衰竭的疗效，并总结相关护理经验.方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2012年1月我院治疗的18例急性心肌梗死所致急性心力衰竭患者的临床记录资料.结果治疗前后所有患者的平均R(次/min)、HR(次/min)、SaO2(%)、PaO2(mmHg)均存在显著差异(P<0.05)，而DBP(mmHg)和SBP(mmHg)不存在显著差异(P>0.05).治疗后，所有患者的总有效率为88.89%，患者呼吸困难缓解所用时间在12-120分钟.结论呼吸机治疗急性心肌梗死所致急性心力衰竭具有非常好的疗效，值得推广使用.

Objective: To investigate effect of ventilator therapy in acute myocardial infarction due to acute heart failure and summarizes relevant nursing experience. Methods: The clinical records of 18 patients with acute myocardial infarction due to acute heart failure were retrospective analyzed in our hospital from February 2011 to January 2012 .Results: Before and after treatment in all patients an average of the R ( times / min, ) , HR ( times / min, ) , SaO2, (% ) , the PaO2 ( mmHg ) both exist significant differences ( P < 0.05 ) , and of DBP ( mmHg in ) and the SBP ( mmHg in ) does not there were significant differences ( P > 0.05 ) . After treatment , all patients the total effective rate was 88.89% , dyspnea in patients with a time of 12-120 minutes .Conclusion: Ventilator therapy in acute myocardial infarction due to acute heart failure have good effect and should be introduced .
