目的探讨护理干预措施对减轻血液透析患者内瘘穿刺疼痛的影响.方法将我院门诊维持性血液透析患者214例，随机平分为干预组和对照组各107例，内瘘穿刺时，对照组按常规进行护理，干预组则在常规护理的同时，按计划实施护理干预措施.采用描述式疼痛评估法[1]对患者进行疼痛的分级记录，并进行两组间比较.结果干预组患者疼痛明显低于对照组P<0.05).结论对血液透析患者进行内瘘穿刺时，有计划地实施护理干预措施，能够较好地减轻患者的疼痛感，有助于提高内瘘穿刺的成功率.

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures on reducing fistula of patients with hemodialysis puncture pain in rats. Methods hospital outpatient hemodialysis patients214 cases, randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 107 cases, the fistula puncture, the control group received routine nursing, the intervention group in routine care at the same time, according to the plan of implementing nursing intervention measures.
